Mani Kongo Lukeni depicts the legendary story of the historical founder of the Kongo Empire: King Nimi a Lukeni. By combining historical elements of the Kongo civilization and ancient Africa in general with ancient African mythologies, Lukeni’s adventures immerse in an unearthed world.

From sublime African martial arts, war dances and hidden magic, to discovering the constant rivalry with other ancient civilizations - African (Sheba, Ashanti, Mali etc), Middle Eastern (Turks, Persians and Arabs) and Asian (Mongols) –Mani Kongo Lukeni focuses mainly on the importance of friendship, personal growth and perseverance against all odds. Lukeni is a super-hero in becoming: as a teenager, he will meet a melting pot of characters through whom he will learn to be a highly skilled warrior and leader.
